We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a refund for any or no reason.
Seeds are small and light, requiring minimum postage - the customer is liable for postage for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, in its original packaging. Please include a note with your order # on it for faster processing.

If your return meets the criteria above (unopened, re-sellable condition, within 30 days of receipt) we will process the return and refund your payment method within 3 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake and wish to exchange it, the best option (and fastest for you) is to make a new purchase for the correct item, and return the original for a full refund. Treating them as two separate transactions will be fastest, with least potential for error.
